Hey everyone, on the 4th of July eve, I met a lovely lady at a meetup. Definitely my type and chatted for about a good 45 minutes one on one while eating ice cream and watching fireworks.

That was a week ago and I planned for brunch tomorrow at a pretty spot away from the city. She suggested that we hike around the area (can’t blame her, the redwood trees are really pretty).

Now here’s the bigger question, she’s probably 10 years older than me (I’m 24). How should I play it? How do you escalate?

Am I safe to assume that she’s into me since she suggested hiking for the first date? (I never called it a date but it feels like it)

I wanna hear your thoughts, this is my first time going out with someone older but she’s legit my type and I wanna make that sweet sweet love with her :)

Logistics: motorcycle ride for 40 minutes one way, 4 mile hike ~ 2.5 hours, followed by lunch! We’d be starting out at 10:45
