learn to approach. Anytime Anywhere. if the dating apps haven’t worked then they probably aren’t going to magically start
fix your appearance. let’s use this as an excuse to approach girls. ask girls what some of they’re favorite brands of clothing are and if they have men’s clothes too. Ask them what places have good style and take their advice
learn basic conversation. before you can seduce you have to be able to not be creepy. basic stuff like where are you from. this is so you can get used to threading a new conversation when the current one dies even if it’s boring now ( you are still learning at this point)
learn basic social skills and body language. you’re going to need to learn whose approachable, who likes talking to you, and who wants to leave. literally just being able to read people is already better than 90% of people

At this point with enough approaches and confidence you should be able to get laid, but with a lot of rejections. there’s still a lot to go

learn to be interesting. if you need to memorize routines do it. but learn to be 10% more fun than the girl you are talking to
find subtle ways to show your a high value guy. this can be through story telling or routines
Big Icks - don’t be needy, don’t be desperate, don’t appear thirsty, never beg. if you showed to much interest and you can’t figure out why it’s not progressing take a couple steps back then go back in
get comfortable with touch. a simple high five, a playful bump in her arm, side hugs, hold her hand. The goal is to set up the most important step…
The Kiss. if you’re stuck here learn some routines on getting the kiss but in reality if she’s dropped a couple hints she’s interested then just go for it.
Do you have a place to bring her back to? Clean your place, make sure it smells nice

Learn to approach. BUT it’s hard to without first altering your perspective. You need to go from trying to appease women to finding yourself and instead finding people who appreciate you. I also recommend some guy friends.

Guys get you girls and girls gets you guys because of social proof. Start talking to strangers that won’t intimidate you. Get rid of those stomach knots with people you don’t really mind the outcome with.

do you ave female friends? maybe ask them directly how the would like to be approached, remember that not every woman likes the same things as others, always do things with consent and reading their body lenguage (it'd not that hard, i swear) hope it helps!

Pick a girl with far lower SMV than yours, that way you will have more confidence than her and start behaving as such. Work your way up the SMV scale. It’s simple you need woman you put your self where the woman are and yes you prolly have to talk to them great thing is woman are literally everywhere gym ,coffee shop ,clubs ,library school ,target it’s too many places , I would just go on a party wave find a friend or find a dude who’s on a solo tour but is extroverted make a 1-2 punch , but once again no one makes it out this game unscathed. Your gonna get played you going to lose woman and definitely get told no but if you keep going you will reap benefits or actually find a GF but you gotta try and fail
