What do you want to know about her? Asking questions for the sake of asking questions is still small talk. If you want to get to the real juicy parts, you need to:

talk about each other's passions
genuinely be interested in them

It's not about asking specific questions. It's about being genuinely interested in getting to know here, not the superficial "doing" of it. When your "being" is on-point, your actions will naturally come out because you're coming from the right place.

Talk about what you are both passionate about. Common topics that work are travel, food, movies, music, etc...

If you just want questions there is a book called "The Fabulous Book of Questions" or something like that. I've used it a few times.

some of the responses her are pretty cringey, regardless, you shouldnt have a problem getting someone to talk about themselves, just ask them open ended questions, as always on this sub i try not to give canned responses because you need to learn to use your own brain.

You might try topics related to the body. What kind of sports has she played? Does she go to the gym? Does she dance? then something funny, like "Ever been JoBlo Disco? I'm not allowed to anymore." "why not?" she asks. "I kept knocking chicks over with my hips. I said, 'it's not my fault the dance floor is so small. I need space for my moves!"

Yes, it's obviously a stupid thing to say, but with women you don't want to be smart, you want to be fun. Then see how she reacts. You want her to be thinking about her body, and hopefully your body, and her body next to your body.

I read you have been on multiple dates and have only been stuck at small talk? This girl must have a thing for you, it's ridiculous you haven't invited her home, yet.

Just ask pointed questions and build threads off the small talk, find the why, how, when of the threads; e.g.

What are you studying?
How's that?
What do you want to do with it?
If you could do anything else and get paid the same what would it be? etc.

Don't start small talk in the first place. I hate small talk. I don't even allow her to start.

Great weather, huh? How are you? Having fun? SERIOUSLY? Who has time for this shit? Don't we all get asked this crap all the time at work? Regardless, this is information NOBODY cares about.

Talk about stuff that matters. Ask intriguing or challenging questions. Ask her about HER.
