Where do you meet these women? Is it Tinder or your local rave? Then obviously you're looking in a pool of women that are more into casual fun.
Do you have long-term stability qualities? Nice, clean place to live for a woman. Stable career, you don't abuse drugs or alcohol, and you seem presentable to her friends and family.
Do you screen for women who want something serious?
How's the sex? If they all bounce after a one night stand - it's likely you met them in a party setting (casual implied) or that the sex wasn't great for her.

Unlikely to be character. It's almost always behavior-based, especially if this is a common enough issue where it's not just coincidence anymore (e.g., you've gotten this 10+ times in a row).

Unfortunately there's only 2 ways to know for sure:

Ask a girl the next time this happens and ask her as a big favor to you. Let he know that this is coming up a lot and you would just like some brutal honesty and that you wont get upset at her. She might not tell you, but some women will. You're looking for 3 separate women who all tell you the same thing, and now you have your answer. Less than 3 pieces of corroborating evidence is unreliable.
Have a coach watch you on a date, listen to your interactions, and tell you exactly what's going on. Must be a good coach who knows what he's doing, but this also works.

If you have nothing in common there's no reason for her to be with you.

I recommend you go to events and gatherings where your hobbies and interests are going on nd approach the women there and exchnage contact information for a future meetup/date.

I think that if you want to keep a woman just date until you find a woman that wants to be kept. Also keep your place clean, work out often, have positive hobbies, and like everyone else said don’t be needy.

You are asking the wrong question. Not how do I keep girls instead what makes them want to stay with me. What do i need to put into a relationship, and what do they need to do?

Assuming you are past the phase of lust then relationships are a two way street, i get you might not mean it but girls are not possessions. they are people, and you have to see what value you give to them and what value they give to you then go from there.
