Everything here was supposed to disappear. Banned subreddits, deleted communities, cancelled blogs — much of what is archived here survives nowhere else.
It stays free — no paywall, no account — for the next man who comes looking, the way it was free for you.

It's unfortunate but much of the seduction community is so focused on the part about getting laid that they neglect looking at their lives in a holistic way. Life isn't just about sex, obviously. And if you neglect too many of those other things, you're going to have a bad time.
In this case, the thing you might be neglecting is the development and maintenance of a healthy social life. That's really the only way to deal with loneliness.

This is a super common issue. Our culture doesn't do a very good job of passing on basic social skills and a lot of people end up graduating high school without any idea how to create a social life for themselves. Yet, we are social creatures who require social connection to be healthy.
This can be a pretty easy thing to fix though. There are practical things you can do.
Go to a social media platform like Facebook.
Do a search for the city or area where you live.
Look in the groups tab to see what groups are in your area and if they have any regular events.
Look at the events tabs to see if there are any special events being held in your area.
If you're getting too many results with just the city/area, then narrow it down by adding a hobby/activity/interest to the search.
The overall point is that there are people out there who are creating groups specifically so that people can meet people. There's no reason for you to reinvent the wheel.
You just go find a group that someone else has made. Try something new. Find a group that has events every week. It'll be a little uncomfortable but try out some groups until you find one or two that you like going to.
And the upside is that you'll be building up your basic social skills while learning to get comfortable meeting new people on a regular basis every week. This can help you with cold approach if you decide you want to do that as well on the side.
And you will also meet new women on a regular basis if you have a good mix of groups that see a lot of traffic in new people.

If you want to travel, go for it, but traveling all by itself is not going to magically level up your social skills. If you travel without good social skills, you can have just as bad a time as you're having right now.
But if you're going to try it out, you might try staying in hostels.
Check out the reviews and do research on places you want to stay.
Make sure the hostel is one that gets good reviews on the topic of the events they organize or the design of the place encouraging social interaction.
As for which places are the best places to go, that really depends on so many factors. There's no magic bullet here. Some people are going to say that you can go to Thailand and it's really easy but other people complain that they can't get laid there: it's not really the place so much as the person and how they fit there.

One could start this way..... Although it could easily turn into a series of excuses to not go.
Sometimes it's best to just rip the Band-Aid off.
These events might seem daunting in the imagination, but they are literally designed around strangers meeting strangers.
