You'd be surprised, some 10s aren't approached much. You run solid game just like with any other hot woman. Tease, banter, don't put her on a pedestal, handle shit tests.

Never put any woman on a pedestal. She's not perfect, time and observation will prove that. Treat her like any one else, perhaps even treat her lesser than others...she won't be used to that. Most 10s are used to men, and women falling all over themselves for her attention.

10s are different and special, but at this point my game is tuned to 10s. When I see a 10, I get excited. I'm not thinking "oh shit...oh shit...", I'm thinking, "finally, a decent looking chick!"

At that point I do what I would do with any woman. I launch into Sherlock Holmes mode. Try to notice things about her like her mannerisms, hair, smile, clothing, voice, vibe, attitude....basically kind of get a solid impression of what she is all about. That makes the conversation more personal and go smoother.

I generally come up with one line before approaching. That line is reviewed in my head to make sure that it doesn't sound try-hard....basically I want a cool and laid back not-taking-myself-too-seriously line. Can't sound scripted or perfect. My first word is always "hey". After establishing a little bit of rapport, I will generally start talking about astrology.

The best part about approaching a 10 is that if you have already been with a 10 before, you can be pretty sure that you have no competition. Most men (even the ones you think of as super awesome and cool) can't conduct themselves with any measure of confidence around beautiful women. They turn into piles of mush. It's a very valuable talent to acquire if you're willing to put in the work.
