Every time you are alone and those feelings come up, do something to better your appearance. Take a shower wash your hair clean your face. Go work out, go for a jog, do some sort of physical activity.

If you are in a group, remember how you feel so you can use it as motivation fuel when you are alone.

You are in for a long wait if you think that you are ever going to get to a point where you don't have to step up to be the man in instigating sexual\romantic opportunities.

Quality women simply aren't going to openly start picking you up and taking your home to fuck at any point in your lifetime or any of the lifetimes of dudes in the world.

You have responsibilities as the man to do what has to be done.....

In my opinion girls rarely react to just looks alone! Even if you’re the best looking guy in the room, if you’re awkward/a drag doesn’t mean that guy is going to do any better. Just handle yourself with confidence, and put your best foot forward. If you’re funny, show them that. If you’re a good listener, make that known. It’s mostly about the way you handle yourself in a situation, I’d say your looks are less important then that. I mean how often do you see a dopey looking guy with a girl way out of his league? A lot in my experience

I think becoming attractive enough for women to approach me is pretty much my only chance at this point. Just approaching a random girl is just not worth the considerable risk. On the other hand, I know that it's almost unheard of in our culture for women to approach, even if the man is tremendously handsome.

Objectively speaking, I think I'm an 8 on looks and from experience, looks dont help much. I go out to town with my energetic mates, and girls find that a lot more comfortable with people who have great personalities.
