It's just practice dog. There's a positive feedback loop like feel initial motivation -> improve your game -> get better reactions -> enjoy the interactions more -> get more motivation. The better you get, the more frequent the positive reactions become, till eventually it's consistent enough that you genuinely associate making approaches with having fun and getting positive reactions.

Like, why don't you feel anxious when you see your pal in the street and are thinking about approaching? It's because you know it's gonna be fun, your previous experience tells you it's gonna be fun and that they'll most likely enjoy talking to you.

You focus on rejections and how to avoid them, guys that love that focus on the excitement of meeting new people and all of the possibilities that the cold approach gives you.

Fear and excitement are the same thing - adrenaline- your interpretation decides if it is positive or negative.

Also how good are your results, are you improving? If you are doing the same thing repeatedly hoping "this time it will work" that could also be an issue because you need to experience a win from time to time, not only losses.

I enjoy the process of leveling up my skills. What keeps me going is the search for something better than the last great experience I had daygaming. I can literally feel myself leveling up with each new concept I apply.

I think if you're just going out to daygame and wanting results immediately, most likely it's not going to be fun for anyone who takes on this type of activity.

But if you're focused instead on the skills and practicing on improving game, then it makes it much more enjoyable experience.

I think of meeting new people, new experiences, new "worlds". And Im happy on my own, I just wanna share that happiness with someone who also gives me joy.

And practice. Now you do not enjoy it because you are afraid of rejection, but what if you were not..? Think about it.

Another motivation that i have, is that I choose (not need) to practice, becuase when the time comes and I'll meet my future partner, I want to be ready enough to embrace that mayor change in my life.

Does it have to be fun? It sucks thats the point. Its hard and difficult and it takes massive volume to be successful at it if you want hot girls.

Couple seconds before I approach, i always get in this "lets rock" mood and have a smooth conversation. Always. Its just the mind playing games with you and testing you if you are a tough mofo or not.

Best advice that worked for me is, do it anyways and be a man. There is no magic pill imo. Same with business or working out. Often times it sucks.

You shouldn't. Being able to cold approach in public under any circumstances is a skill. Practicing that skill can make you better at it.

People get caught up in this and declare themselves pick up artists because they spend hours approaching dozens of girls a day, which occasionally gets them laid.

That's not the goal. The goal is to be able to do that when you see a woman you want to approach. No more missed opportunities. Not to be a weirdo that goes soliciting women by the dozens on the daily.
