Asking her how old she was was (in front of other people) awkward...so you opened yourself up to that. I'm not sure you read the subtext correctly...it probably wasn't an attack on you.

Asking to see the pic might have seemed a bit needy and probably opened you up to what he said but there was ways of dealing with it.

You are taking stuff way too personally. Joke along with them...like improv (Yes And), etc. Alpha dudes mess and joke with each other. And they test each other (to see who is alpha).

How does being 'not bad looking' and fashions sense attribute to maintaining your frame? That's a weird question to ask someone first off, and when someone said a comment like that, you should have laughed it off and played it no mind. Sounds like you let it get to you, don't be concerned with being 'alpha' 100% of the time, it's nearly impossible to accomplish that feat. Heck, don't be concerned with being alpha, learn to take a joke, laugh it off, and continue your conversation. It's a learning process.

You teach people how to treat you, apparently , you have taught them that they can get away with this bullshit. The best thing to do is nip it in the bud first time they cross the line. Then again, you could have read both people wrong, the dick dude may have been trying to discourage you (cock block) and the sister may have her sights set on you and wanted to keep you for herself. both comments seem to be meant to discourage you for unknown reasons. I probably would have said something like; you two seem to think I have a chance with her and are trying to convince me that I don't , thanks for the ego trip. or you could have stared them both in the eyes and said, I think I will FUCK her anyway. And when they start the yeah right, stop right there , don't say another word about it , change the subject, and let that thought percolate in their heads.

You don't give a fuck, it's quite simply really. Everyone gets this shit all the time, the difference is betas get butthurt and alphas go on about their business because they know those people are either just idiots, insecure or have their own vested interests in mind when they say those things. If you were getting laid on the reg(not saying you aren't) you wouldn't give a fuck about shit like like this, honestly. Ignoring betas and their shitty attempts to be alpha is a core trait of an alpha. You know they aren't alphas so you don't care.

Three ways to handle this

1) Stop hanging out with dicks and start hanging out with intelligent, funny, fun and considerate people

2) Laugh at their jokes and sometimes reply back with a joke of your own and continue laughing

3) Laugh at their jokes but quickly disregard them and move onto the next subject

I recommend 1, while asking that girls age in a huge setting was a bad idea, the second incident is just too stupid. Normally I would just overlook these things but if you have a feeling that the people you're hanging out with are inconsiderate dicks, don't hang out with them much and find new people to chill with

I would have just ignored the comments because they're being socially immature if they weren't joking, or laughed it off. You can really do whatever you want, the key is not taking them seriously. To me they'd sound like little kids playing silly games, even if they're actually decades my senior.

There are very few hard and fast social rules, almost all of them are simply guidelines, how they get interpreted by the group depends on who is most sure of themselves.
