My go for anything text related is the Adventure Test. I think I made this up myself, you ask "Scale of 1-10 how adventurous are you?"

She will say either 10 or 11, almost guaranteed (I use this a lot and have only gotten 1 answer below 10), and generally I use this to go right into asking her on a date, but in this case you can ask her why she is a 10, what adventures she's had lately, etc. If this doesn't get her talking then she's either really preoccupied with what she's doing IRL or plain boring.

Either way, try texting her again later and if that's stale too then ask her on a date and move on. Ideally a date you've seeded (talked about, suggested) before, if not then ask her anyways, in this game you play to win.
