What do you mean time wasters? She told you straight up she wasn't interested. That's the opposite of a time waster.

Assuming though that there is a different scenario where your time is actually being wasted, the way to deal with that is to filter them out by asking yourself one question: are they as excited to interact with me as I am with them? If the answer is no, stop wasting your time. They're not the time wasters. They're expressing disinterest. It's YOU who is forcing something where nothing exists. You're the one wasting your time. Spend it wisely.

Don't ever allow those around you to offend you. You have the choice to either to TAKE offense or to not to. Otherwise, holding onto to your resentment will make you very unattractive through your negative vibes (think PTSD behaviors).

Suggestion: reframe your thoughts into positivity. Example, "My friend is such a cock blocking dick!" vs. "He's actually showing my weakness, insecurities or vulnerabilities, etc., that needs to be improved upon."

In short: confident people are not easily shakened even in the face of failure.

Women don't give a fuck how upset their actions, inconsitencies or uncertainties make you feel. It falls through deaf ears. No matter how much you complain to them about being inconsiderate, unclear, blah blah blah... For them it's like "tell someone who cares".

They are like cats in that aspect. You ever see a cat show remorse or apologize? Not really, they don't give a fuck because the cat does not care if you approve or not, or get mad or not. A dog would, but a cat not really.

Your emotional outrages only make women say "thank god i run away from this guy" because it just shows them how unsafe they would potentially have been with you if they decided to pursue something with you.

You are not mad because of what they did, you are mad because of what you think her actions say about you. In other words, her leading you on, her rejecting you, is something you interpret as proof that maybe you are not good enough and that's what upsets you. That the woman at the core of it are telling you that you are not good enough and that's why the emotional reactions you showed.

But guess what, women don't give a fuck if you doubt yourself, or if you interpret her actions like that. Women don't exist to make you feel lie you are worth something or to make you feel good or bad about yourself.

Women are not tools of self-affirmation where a woman liking you is something you interpret as proof that you are worth something, and where a woman not liking you is something you interpret as proof that you are worth nothing.

You got mad because your friend said you are so stiff. yes he called you out and exposed you, but te reality is it was true. So while you are mad at him for calling your flaw out, the reality is women can easily could feel your nerves and stiffness even if your friend keeps his mouth shut. You think you can hide it, but women have a 6th sense for that, and if a guy like your friend can tell, then the girls can tell 10x more.

The problem therefore is not that your friend said that, the real problem is that it was true. You were stiff. Why were you nervous? Because you weren't fully grounded in yourself. You were not confident in who you are, you felt like the girl was gonna give a judgment of you, and you wanted to make sure the judgment was good. You were looking for approval from the girl. A

nd that's the problem. The fact that you give a shit about what a girl thinks of you. Your friend oesn't give a fuck about what girls think of him that's why he can get girls. Because in other to get girls women must feel like you really don't care what they think about you. They need to feel that you are untouchable and that you are not shaken at all by their opinons or comments about you.

But you do care, because you are in an approval-seeking minset. and that shows you are insecure, that you don't fully believe you deserve girls, that you don't think you are enough, that you doubt and need women to hopefully tell you that maybe you do deserve them, that maybe you are enough...

And women feel that needy vibe super easily, and when they feel it they lose interest instantly, because women don't want to be the ones who tell you "you matter, you are good enough, you are desirable".

That has to come from you acceptig yoruself as you are, and accepting yourself as you are is not something that comes from getting proof from others that you should accept yourself. It comes from owning who you are with virtues and flaws without needing others to approve of them. It comes from the internal belief that you're enough, just as you are, not because you are perfect, but because you simply recognize that everyone has virtues and flaws, and that's ok, it's just different flavours. So you don't need confirmation from others to feel solid in who you are.

This is where your social intuition comes in. You should be getting a vibe and feel off of her. If she just has that friendly vibe, she's not DTF or even looking. If she's giving off flirty vibes with her vocal tonalities and body language and eye contact then she might be DTF.
