Go up to random people, old men, homeless people, cashiers, anyone and just ask for the time, or ask for directions, or where the washroom is. Build up your social momentum. Smile, compliment the old guy on his watch. Build up to the hot girl. And then ask the hot girl for directions, then ask the next one for directions and tell her she has an cute smile. Add something for every girl until you are getting numbers setting dates and flirting.

Go downtown everyday. Do this for the whole summer. I promise you will sleep with a girl in two weeks.

Do you pmo all the time cause that is another reason have AA. Also knowing the choosing signals are important. Where the girls looking at you constantly, where they mabye moving closer to you. Confidence though competence. When you know the signs a girls likes you makes you less nervous. Also assume the girls like you already that helps also. Your a healthy guy, no reason they shouldn’t like you.

I find sometimes in the same situation.

What I do is "punish" myself , not allowing myself to watch and read other sed stuff (that can really become addictive) unless I do X or Y. To do this you need discipline, that is a common ingredient for all learning processes.

So do it, be hard with yourself. Don't rely on next video/book to become more "perfect" : perfection is a myth and can be reached only by theory.

P.S. NEVER drunk.

Game is all about girls out of your league, WITHOUT any help. If you use alchool, maybe you can get laid, but the bad thing is that you're not in control : so each time will be like first time, all the interaction will be held and controlled by her. And girls always want guys out of their league. So, if you get drunk, they game you, not the contrary.

You're valuing girls too much. What you need to do is to devalue them more...they fart just like you do, and they take a shit just like you do...there is nothing special about them.

When you value girls too much, you are putting them on a pedestal, and that's not a good thing. You are basically saying...or admitting to yourself, that they have higher value than you do...take that power away from them.

And...no, you dont need to get drunk....doing that could make you look like a fool.
