I struggle with the same thing, you almost want to cater to them now that they gave you the kitty or feel like you owe them something. Sex in itself does draw some type of bond so don't feel weird about it especially if they are coming over to you place. I wouldn't feel like this if I was at hers cause then I would just dip home or something.

Suggestion is to not take them home find another place or what I've been working on is, getting distracted instead of hugging and cuddling. I get out of bed, clean myself up, change, & go get water etc so time passes by then you can deviate to getting food, or doing something outside the bedroom rather than her sticking around feeling like she's part.
