How to deal with a colleague shamelessu hitting / flirting with a girl / cooleague you like in front of you and maybe other people? I don’t need to hear phrases or routines, I just need someone to remember me/ put me in the right mindset of facing this. Ofc you also have to notice the reaction of the girl, if the girl is enjoying it / liking the boldness, do you eject immediately? Do you stay there like a voyeur and witness what you like getting taken away? Do you try to stop the interaction with some passive aggressive way, maybe making a fool of yourself or potentially increasing the value of the guy? Do you play in his own frame by also starting to get cocky and flirty and again, probably diminishjnf your own value? Again, I‘m hoping that someone puts me in the right mindset, since my actual mindset is that of the underdog one
