I can't keep specific girls off my mind, does this happen to anyone else?

I think it happens to mostly everyone.

They say abundance mentality is the best thing for it, that dating more and seeing more girls helps the "oneitis." And ultimately, yes, it does, but every once and a while there comes a special someone who can't just be replaced by 20 more dates with different girls.

I do think, however, that given enough time, you'll find someone just as special or even better - hence why you need to keep getting back out there, and why it's beneficial for you in the long run to keep seeing other girls.

Also, last but not least, what's stopping you from asking some of these girls out?? Go for it!

I do this too and im mindful about it and stop when i do because: 1. It will create feelings for her that she did not do anything to deserve yet! 2. It makes you creepy when you see her next 3. It takes away from seeing her and paying attention to her as she is.

It is vital as a seduction artist that you get rid of this habit, it is different from loving a person AS they ARE when you are ACTUALLY with them.

A great test: is the fantasy you just had about her something she would like to hear about now? If not, then STOP and work on building comfort and attraction with her over time, living your own life and letting her miss you.

It's ok I still think about random girls I banged and haven't talked to over a decade ago. It doesn't go away.

Everyone gets it. Don't worry about it. I did find that the more people you date at one time, the feeling is dampened a lot.

I still think about my ex sometimes and I haven't been with her for three years! It's not because I want her, it's just a natural thing that happens. Same with people I've met and fucked, the nostalgia hits you and you wonder 'what if'. It goes away rather quickly though.

its ok to fantasize, but remember fantasy and reality are not same; there is no perfect girl, there are many and each one unique in herself. hope you not going to hypnotize yourself to develop oneitis is a hard thing to get over.
