You should have physically escalated more and passed her shit tests with ease to build attraction. You mention finding out having lots of interests in common, which suggests to me that the conversation was more platonic and boring as opposed to emotional.

Having shared interests with a woman isn't going to make her want to sleep with you more. Next time, focus on stimulatingly her emotions, and escalating with her physically. She ordered YOU a drink, which suggests she was interested in you, you were just too boring. She probably wanted to get pounded, but inviting her back to your place made no sense because you didn't physically escalate or stimulate her emotions.

The amount of attraction you need to pull of a same night lay is substantial, don't beat yourself up for not pulling it off. You got further than most men. And judging by your attitude you will make it happen in the future, wether that's getting a cute girlfriend or casual sex is up to you.

Some advice, keep doing what you're doing with the rapport, eye contact tension. All great. However, Seed in several things that you can bring up later that have plausible deniability written into them. For example: do you like house plants? I'm somewhat of a house plant connasuer myself. Something she can tell herself or friends that she was going with you just to "look at your house plants" or "wall art" mention these things thought conversation and take note of one that hits home like "oh yes I love house plants, my fav are snake plants" or whatever the thing is you can then use later to say "hey come check out my snake plants." On a deeper level you both know you're enjoying the interaction and it's an excuse to move it somewhere private where things can escalate. Also, actually have these interesting things that you personally like to then show her.

However when going straight for the pull like that you're going to need a boat load of attraction. You need to DHV more via story telling. Particularly if this story telling indirectly, or perhaps directly, involves you flirting with or bedding other women. If you've got the confidence, the eye contact, and are generally attractive, there is no reason to think that these stories are simply fabrications to arouse more attraction and interest in her. And of course ideally you will have genuine stories of you having fun times and can hint that you slept with other women. Again, this usually needs to be subtle or it will just come of as abrasive. If you're a virgin and have no stories like this try and sub in something cool that you did that other people admired you for. If you have no such stories, then work on that. If done subtly and tastefully, story telling involving other hot girls will absolutley get massive attraction from her. Follow this up by physical escalation and then descalation. Aka pull back from the make out and start talking again, let her want for more physical attention. If your Instagram or other social media corroborates these stories all the better. Now you can actually pull because she desires you. This is where most dudes suck with game, generating more attraction and DHVing is becoming a lost are amongst the dudes that acitvlry practice game.

Now, storytelling is just one faucet of DHVing, you can also just demonstrate by flirting with other women or having a large social group in the club. Story telling is effective if you're by yourself though. Of course strong body language and confidence is key here, and this is mostly for advanced practitioners or game. Noobs will need focus more on just getting the balls to approach and say something that isn't total dogshit lol.
