A lot of women don’t go to a gym thinking: “oh my god, please let’s hope none of these hot fit guys approach me and talk to me”

Many women are social, not every woman is embittered and anti-social just because they are in a gym.

Many women like to be approached provided you are indirect, and start things slowly indirectly, maybe talking about a gym exercise that you need help with, or to ask her the way she does a certain exercise so you can learn from her.

Basically don’t go into direct mode, just try to be a gym pal first, so she gets used to you, and casually ask her name and thank her.

Then some other day you see her, you can say “hi Christine”, or whatever her name is and say thanks for the help the other day, by the way and casually start mentioning if she is around there, or how long she is being working out,

In other words, you have to build up indirectly.

There are so many "don't approach rules" that are not absolute at all. If you do it properly and respectfully, you may get away with everything. Women prefer to be approached in person, don't act shy, just pick right circumstances and right words.

I agree with the build up comment as well, get her used to you. I’ll have to say it’s interesting to me when a guy doesn’t ask for my info right away. It stands out bc most guys do and then I end up with ghost followers/ viewers. I don’t need that, if you’re gonna ask for my social media, interact with me.

Then whenever you see her, say hi, make some small talk.

If she's open, she'll engage. If not, just keep it cordial.

I think it would be common gym etiquette to wait I'm between sets to strike a conversation and keep it brief. Some people, men and women, might be in the zone of their workout, but most people are okay with a brief conversation between sets with rest periods with their workout. If you want to jeep the conversation going, let her do her workout briefly and talk woth her when she is resting in between sets. You can start off with a compliment and has her name, and then go from their. She doesn't know you know her social media, but you can ask for her social media. Just keep it casual for now and approach it like anything else. If the vibe is good, then it is all good. If she rejects you, keep it moving.

I would say hello while walking past her in the gym. After about 20 minutes, find a place close to where she’s at and kind of act normal there. It’s her move now. If she shows no attention, I’d let it go for now. Next time in the gym, I would not say anything but get close to her again and just work out or something. She will remember you. If she doesn’t approach or send any signals, she’s probably not interested.

Don’t hit on her right away. Just treat her like how you’ll treat any other person you want to get close to in the gym. Discuss gym related things. Be genuine. The problem women have with people approaching them at the gym is it seems as these people just see them as curvy bodies to get in. It’s obvious. You want to at least form a gym type relationship first before going into all that.

Just a quick example. I had sort of a gym crush, she worked there but worked out from time to time. When she finished a deadlift set, I approach and made the remark that “every time I do that, my back warns me the next day “don’t you ever do that again”..it got a laugh out of her and from there, we discussed deadlifting. She actually enjoyed having to show me a few things(still fucks up my back no matter how I do it lol). But from there, we started talking at the gym. She always asked “how is your back old man” and we sort of form that relationship to eventually going out on a date.

Now this is the same approach I’ll take with anyone I want to speak to in the gym. Even if it’s a man doing something I can’t do, I’ll approach and say “how tf are you doing that man?”….Just get out of your head and treat her like how you’ll treat anyone else you want to talk to in the gym.
