You overreacted. We all get busy + us young people get anxious when responding to new people (not all the time but I admit I suffer from it too.) Imagine if someone did this to you… you’d probably think “wtf I just met you chill out.”

I would follow back and reengage. If she asks why you unfollowed, literally just say it’s a glitch because it’s happened to me recently. One of my friends got a notification that I “followed them” and asked why I unfollowed.

The problem is the way you asked shifted too much of the burden on her to declare more than she was likely willing to at that time. I too don't like to leave shit hanging for long, an interested girl won't hem and haw.. BUT it could also be lots of things: she could have been testing you, she could have had plans she had to cancel to hang with you, may not have been sure she wanted to meet up again with a guy she barely knows, wasn't sure about her period timing, just got dicked down the night before, etc. In these cases put yourself in a semi-famous persons position and some asshole just asked her out on a weekday night... she suddenly has to re-arrange the entire week to make it fit. Girls, especially hot social girls, operate like this more often than not.
