Your success or failure in game depends on your habits. Here are a few quick adjustments you can make to your game to instantly improve it.

Number One – Approach The Most Attractive Women When you pick up the most attractive women you get out of your comfort zone. Getting out of your comfort zone is going to force you to get better faster because you are dealing with pressure.

For most guys approaching the hottest women is a lot of pressure for them but they avoid doing it so they approach women they aren’t attractive to or they warm up on the fatties.

Stop doing that and force yourself into the most difficult approaches first, your game will grow faster. Also when you approach the most attractive women their looks stop phasing you and it becomes normal for you to talk to beautiful women.

Number Two – Reduce How Much You Masturbate If you reduce masturbation to once a week you will notice you will have more energy to game. Over masturbation takes away energy and kills your drive to go out.

I would also recommend you reduce how much porn you watch also as you will notice the difference energy and focus wise. When you don’t masturbate as much you will have more of a sexual vibe which will help you infield because your interactions will become more men to woman.

Number Three – Make Assumptions Stop asking so many questions. It’s boring and makes you like every other guy. For every 3 or 4 assumptions you make about her then ask a question about her. Make assumptions about where she is from, what she does and what type of person she is.

Assumptions will make her talk about herself and allow her to invest in the conversation which you want. In order to be INTERESTING you must be INTERESTED and when you are making assumptions about a woman you are talking about her! Everybody’s favorite subject is themselves.

Number Four – Set Up The Date The Next Day Once you get a woman’s number text her the very next day and set up the date. The longer you wait to text her the quicker she is going to forget about you. Text her then and there so she will have your number and then when you text her the next day it’s just a continuation of the conversation you had with her.

Number Five – Be Real Be honest about how you feel and what you want. I’m not talking about spilling your heart out to a woman you just met and professing your love. That is desperate and needy.

If you are attracted to a woman let her know. If a woman has rude or mean behavior call her out. If you only want a casual relationship let a woman know. A lot of men are afraid to be real with women out of fear that they will be upset, reject them, etc.
