As an introverted guy trying to learn daygame I've been seeking ways to lessen approach anxiety. Since I've always relied on apps to make the initial contact, approaching irl is something that I have no experience in. Recently I watched a video from Good Looking Loser about approach anxiety, and he says that if you have it you should focus on treating it first before even thinking of doing approaches outright, that in this stage one shouldn't put the extra pressure on himself. On his website he describes a structured program that systematically deals with this, sort of like progressive overload in weightlifting. Such methods are what I've been searching for, but I wonder how legit this one is or whether or not it's actually worth trying.

I've had success with GLL's advice in the past. Way back when I was still a virgin I followed his advice about losing virginity and it actually worked. For that reason I want to trust him about approach anxiety as well. I'm curious if anyone else on this sub has done the approach anxiety program. What were your experiences with it, and how did it work? Is his advice on this topic legit?
