never been but knew a guy who went to ASU, apperently huge party school and he said the party stories were real. I dont ahve any specific stories but take that with a grain of salt.

But in the end of the day, i dont think you should chase the party for college. Go where you think youd get the best education and experience for tthe minimal price.

Trust me if you can't get laid in a non-party school, then you wont get laid in a party school. I went to the party school of my area, barely got anything even though everyone and their mother told me that it was a party school and id have so much fun. If you dont know how to move to get the experience you will miss out on it no matter where you go.

Take it from me: DON’T GO TO UNIVERSITY JUST TO PARTY.

I went to a party school and a bunch of my old frat buddies regret it because they can’t find a job with their degree. Knowing what we know now, I would have went blue collar. Party your ass off for a few years, get screwed in today’s job market AND pay a bunch of debt.

College used to be a place to party but it’s just not worth it anymore unless you want to go into a specific field like maybe a physical therapist or a mechanical engineer. It’s not the party place like it used to be in the 80s, social media is just smoke in mirrors.

I can tell you that warm weather and big parties is good for sleeping with a lot of girls, if that's your goal. I went to UMiami and got with more girls in my Junior and Senior years than any other time of my life. You will just meet more women, many wearing bikinis and short shorts, and not inside hiding from the cold.

The rumor when I was in college was that ASU was such a big party school that they had their own strain of an STD there. So take that into consideration, lol.

It's Arizona in general. ASU just happens to be located in Arizona.

Something about the heat and low humidity makes the women hypersexual.

This is what the middle east was like before Mohammad; when you think about that Islam makes a lot more sense.

Also, it's really uncomfortable to (a) be fat here or (b) wear lots of clothes here. So all the women are fit and running around half-naked. You'll find prettier faces in LA but hotter bodies and higher libido in AZ. Vegas is similar but it's a much smaller city than Phoenix and has a very different culture.

I'm a (former) professor and have heard from many ASU students who list their only wild party rivals as FSU (Florida State), however, FSU wins this battle. Apparently having year-round night-time warm weather is conducive to party school vibe.

I've heard from FSU professors that the party culture there is so pervasive that it's literally engrained in the school ethos, and is generally seen as "part of the FSU experience". Administration does very little to curtail this. Kids coming to class hungover is so natural that most professors (outside of STEM) are accommodating.

So while ASU might have a party reputation, FSU nearly incorporates it into their curriculum.

edit: I will echo the sentiment that going to a university to party is no longer a valid choice. 20 years ago, a college degree made you more marketable -- now it's basically a minimum requirement. So you could get by partying 20 years ago, maybe not having the best grades or failing a class or two, now -- you can't risk that.

went to ucla and went to an ASU game once at asu the parties there can become huge! A ton of latinas and black girls looking for a good time; however some become too drunk for my taste even at the time. your more likely to get a girl to puke on you, to drunk to really consent, etc .. totally not worth the headack possible backlash.. that being said I found a really cute nerdy latina who didnt drink... we didnt fuck because logicistc but we still had amazing fun and if logistics worked in my faviore it would of happend

I went to one of the two major universities there, and I would say going to school in Arizona is more fun overall than most places you’ll go, but it’s less about the parties being Hollywood-esque and more about people having a general sense of extroversion and wanting to have fun in the sun. I can’t imagine that college kids in Florida or California were any less wild or the parties were any different.

If you talk to kids who went to college in the South or the Midwest, they’ll tell you stories of giant project X type parties with legit big-name rappers or DJs being booked for their frat parties and 1000+ people being there, which was pretty much unheard of in Arizona for a number of reasons. ASU as an example also does not have formal frat houses and has not for around 20 years. But it’s also just overall more fun to go to a party in the sun than in the snow like you would in the Midwest in the winter

Experienced big schools through my fraternity, at least in my day yes ASU was the craziest. There were others that I liked more but definitely the wildest. Oh for context ASU's main dorm was known as Scoreanado ( real name Coronado)
