I'm trying to change myself from a needy "nice guy" to a man who is secure in himself and his passions, knows what he wants, and goes after it. A man who is vulnerable and who isn't afraid to be exactly who he is. A man who doesn't give a shit if someone doesn't like him because he's already perfectly fine with himself.

My question is how? The more I think about it though, I think it's about just being completely honest, all the time.

If I see a beautiful girl, walk right up and tell her she's beautiful. If I like some dude's shirt, tell him. If I don't like how someone's behaving towards me, tell them.

But let's say I'm hanging around a girl at the club, and I think she's so attractive that I can't get away from her. I want to stay around and talk to her the whole time. If that's how I honestly feel, isn't that being needy? Isn't that wrong? Where do you draw the line?

How do you start adopting a mentality of non-neediness? How do I change my mentality from "I need to get with this girl at the bar" to "I wanna see what she's like?"
