Lunch and movies are not dates -- they are what friends (or people in longterm relationships) do. Sounds like you're a beta orbiter and she just hangs out when she's hungry or bored. Sorry for truth bombs.
Pro tip: If you're "dating" only do things a lover would do. That means, dinner/drinks at night that can lead to sex at her place or yours. Lunch, Coffee, Movies, Picnics etc are what friends do.

Never be friends with a woman you intend to have sex with. It is very hard to turn it around if you start by being friends.

Go with the intent of having sex or sth serious, if the woman turns you down, no worries, you just keep it moving but at least you made your intentions clear.

How do I know, this. Experience. Used to be friends with women, but that just takes longer and your intent is not always clear to her. The guys you see her with were direct to her from get go.

I have gotten girls being direct since Itried it. They like the confidence and directness. You will still get rejections still, but like i said above, you just keep moving, on to the next. It's not personal.

Bro I had the exact same situation, I decided it was time to move on and started gymming. She started noticing I wasn’t giving her attention and getting buffer. Couple of days later we’re in bed together and getting intense. Word of advice, show that you’re not as invested in her and have other things in your life and she’ll start to notice your worth.
