So there's this really hot girl at work, from another department than mine. Usually we don't have a lot of interaction between department, but last week we were both alone at the coffee machine, so I said hi and we started chatting for a few minutes.

This was the craziest conversation I've had with someone I don't know. We mostly talked about boring topics, such as work and sport, but she almost never broke eye contact. Really, I felt like she was trying to see into my mind or something.

I'm not a very talkative guy, but even when some silence came in the conversation, she made eye contact again until she or I found something else to say.

Even though I did my best to keep this eye contact on my side too, it was a really unsettling experience.

Does any of you have experienced something like that? Any body language expert could give me clue about what it means, and what should I do if it happens again?
