My mom used to tell me it's rude to stare at people. Well I'm throwing that advice out the window.

I live in a piece of crap city in Upstate New York. But I have a day off today so I decided to visit Toronto which is about 2 hours away. And no, it was not just for "immersion"/cold approach. I had to conquer my anxieties with just looking at girls in general.

For me, I was prescribed all-day Propranolol for my social anxiety. It seems like when I'm on it, it works very well, and I don't know why. It's for performance anxiety. But I feel as though I have superpowers.

My goal today is to just look at as many people, including guys as possible while smiling. Yes it may seem creepy but that will be the stepping stone to then giving out random compliments, which I never do. My only gripe is that I'll have to drive back home to where there's less foot traffic (unless you go to the shopping mall or there's a huge festival or concert or something).

Not getting matches on dating apps is a blessing in disguise.

Edit: I have an observation. Sometimes it's hard for me to make eye contact because people aren't even looking in my direction to begin with. So if I do make eye contact, it will be for a milisecond. I haven't found myself staring at anyone, yet.

Edit 2: well I'm done for the day. Went to the Eaton Center, younge-dundas square, and the queens park. Asked around for directions, talked to a guy dim Colombia and approached a girl fro. Behind
