You're too young to be interested in pick up. You're still a boy, you have access to a whole high school of young girls. Give this up and focus on your studies. Come back when you're at least 18, then you can start filing field reports.

Dude, there's nothing wrong with people being interested in learning game at a young age. He can still enjoy his life as a kid while learning about this specific aspect of social dynamics. Sure, he'll find that a good portion of game material won't apply as well as when you're an adult, but at least he'll have a bit of preparation, which never hurts.
Plus, if he gets the habit of approaching down at a young age, he'll be rid of the biggest issue most people on this sub has.
I mean, sure, he can't legally go to bars, but I don't believe this would be a problem as he's not looking into pulling. What he wants to do is fine, and bringing something as insignificant as age as an obstacle to him learning doesn't help him at all.
We're not his parents; we don't have get all morally uptight because he wants to do something as "utterly dangerous to minors" as learning male-female relationship dynamics. This is just silly.

Look, I started with PUA material when I was about 13/14. I didn't know of other ways to get the stuff beyond buying it, so I watched (obsessively) tons of marketing videos. Trust me when I say that this kind of thing can give you some really fucked up beliefs and priorities, especially when you're younger.
Not to be an asshole by any means, but you shouldn't be worrying about technical game right now. Worry about developing the right mindsets and beliefs (inner game, effectively) and you won't have too many issues when you're older.

You can try college campuses, sure the girls would be older, but you'll find a plethora of attractive girls there, Otherwise, if you live near a city that's a great option... Usually, i'm doing it on college campuses, but since it's the summer right now, I'm doing it in the city, you just need to work on being able to stop a girl on the street while walking (which i'm still not perfect on, it can take practice) , or you can also try a park in the city, coffee shops, book stores, etc

talk to girls at school. the purpose of doing cold approach is to date the girls and ultimately fuck them. if you're just trying to work on your social skills i recommend socializing in highschool

generally people cold approach to date and eventually fuck the girls. if you weren't planning on fucking then you're cold approaching to make friends, there are easier way to make friends.
