Honestly, I just don’t want to die alone. Friends I hang out with all are in relationships and no new faces are ever introduced to our circle. Meeting new girls through friends is just not an option. I’m 22 and still had no relationship because I never ever have put myself out there and I can’t think of a way to meet new girls other than cold approaching. I got told this method is not for newbies but for very attractive or skilled/charismatic people. I don’t consider myself any of those. Truth is I did a lot of self improvement over the span of 1-2 years both physically and mentally. Still need to shed 10-15kg to feel good about my appearance but my sense of fashion, hygiene, grooming are on point, even started seeing psychologist and for what it’s worth I get right swipes on tinder here and there. I just don’t know if cold approaching is for guy like me. Average looking and awkward around new people. I want to build up my confidence, not blow it into pieces.

Another question that I got, can cold approaching(day game) lead to meaningful relationship rather than just ons? How likely it is to find an SO that way vs meeting one through traditional means: work, friends, hobby?
