Best advice in my opinion: - Work on yourself! Do some bodyweight fitness or got to the gym. Start running. Work on your intelligence. Read. All easy things. Don't overdo it. Learn one fact a day and go between pushups, pullups, leg raises and squats days. Do each one time a week for a few minutes and you'll notice an improvement soon (and will feel like a god)! - Don't focus on the pretty girls. Learn to 'seduce' everyone. That old whiny tart in your block, that friendly gardener. They're much easier to approach, and they'll teach you how to be social.

And as you go about improving yourself, here's a few great guides as well

Also, you don't have to improve yourself to appeal to the female gender directly. Improving yourself for yourself in inherently sexy.
I'm fit because I want to be is sexier than I'm fit because I want to get laid.

Can't agree with you on that, Keto is not a fad diet by any means. THere is science to back it up, and if you are really overweight, it is a great way to lose weight. It also encourages you to eat non-processed foods, because a lot of the carby foods are processed.
I cut rice and pasta severely from my diet, and lost 30 pounds (155-125), also put on muscle through exercise.

OP is clearly intelligent and good at expressing himself. Many limiting beliefs, however. Been there.

Don't have time to read the post but I'll leave this advice:
Don't make your goal in life 'getting women'. Find a passion/have goals OTHER than women and pursue them. All the while working on yourself, your social skills and becoming a well-rounded person.
Do things because you genuinely want to and because you enjoy them. Not for external validation (other people thinking you're awesome/cool). The women will follow.
Good luck!

One of the basic theories is that you should build a lifestyle that attracts women, so they chase you, you don't have to chase them. But lots of guys are able to attract women without rebuilding their lives.
You are overthinking the conversational strategies we use. This is common during early experiments with these methods. But it gets easier, and becomes more natural. And you're still putting women on a pedestal. You think they're constantly judging you, to see if you can win them. But you are the prize.
You have some work to do. So do we all. You can be happy just as you are, or you can make yourself miserable as you are. We learn a few strategies to objectify some aspects of interpersonal interactions that tend to torture us, so we can step back and learn to deal with it better. I think you just haven't gotten it yet, but if you keep at it, you will.

You have found the glitch in the Matrix. Welcome to our world.
Your plan is achievable. It requires practice so that you rewire your brain to effortlessly handle social situations while sending the signals and responses that are attractive to women. Practice, locate problem areas, diagnose, fix, rinse, repeat.

I like the opening "Glitch in the matrix" Makes a perfect pop culture reference to our society. Once you realize what you can become, your mind is once again open for everything to be possible!

I'm glad you stopped viewing this stuff under the science framework and decided to be more natural about it. Be true to who you are and don't focus so much on the technical aspects. They're good to know but only when you're ready to use them, and even then they're tips that should flow naturally and not make you more rigid.
This is as achieveable as you make it to be. If you stay dedicated and don't let discouragement tear you down, you WILL succeed.
Good luck bro

Work on yourself. Once you do that, the rest comes naturally.

Happy new life buddy.
It's gonna be full of women and awesome!
There will be moments where you'll doubt. Keep that state of mind. Don't give up. Never give up.

Self-improvement is always a good thing... I've always done what I could in this arena, and have had modest success with women. Still I've always been left wanting.
This past year I turned 30, and had a sort of mini mid-life crisis if you want to call it that... I think of it more as an awakening that has lead to a deep inner peace. There are two phrases that came to my mind around this time, that I've repeated ever since, and that I feel have changed my life in short order.
"Zero fucks" If you're familiar with Reddit, you probably have seen this phrase before... but it basically means that you have to throw out your personal hangups... disconnect from any possible negative outcome. If you feel like time's running out, it's a lot easier to take risks and skimp past any failures that result. Now, if I try something silly or interesting and it doesn't work out... when my friends look at me like, "did you really just do that?", I smile, shrug, and say, "hey, zero fucks." Riposte! Confidence skyrockets, and you'd be surprised how little you end up failing anyhow (or maybe you just stop remembering the failures because they're not so painful anymore.) Now I feel free to just say/do whatever comes to mind, and the worst thing that comes of it is my friends get a laugh. It's win-win.
"Make difficult choices" This is two-fold. In some situations, if you are to choose between A and B, you might be inclined to not make a choice at all. I resolved to stop doing that. Make a choice that's true to who you are and commit to it. It builds and shows character and people appreciate that. After all, who we are is defined by the choices we make. The other part of this is to get out of your comfort zone and try new things... choose the difficult path, and you might grow from it. From your post here, it appears that you're well on your way to embracing this.
With all of this in mind, I've confronted a lot of issues between my friends, my family, my employer, and myself, and in only a few months, and while the short term result may have been awkwardness or tension, my life and my outlook are considerably better.
Another thing to consider if you're trying to break out and spend time with women... realize that you are doing it for you and you alone. It doesn't matter what your friends think. Get past this, and you'd be surprised how many women actually are into you that you were overlooking before, and your definition of beauty will probably change too.
Good luck to you good sir.

You have been imprisoned by stories you tell yourself your whole life, you finally see through the bullshit stories that you have imposed upon yourself, and you respond by TELLING YOURSELF NEW STORIES???
You don't exist. Everything you think you are is a lie. Just take a look. Look for the person who you think you are. See if he is really there. LOOK!

Clover7, I can honestly say that I was in the same position as you. I was a fucking loser up until the end of highschool but I decided to learn how to improve my life and everyday to try my best to give 100% until that becomes habit. So much of it is in the mind, you have to break out of the way you think of things and into an 'always postive/winning' mindset. The amazing thing about life is that you can consistantly improve your quality of life through hard work. It took me sooo long to figure this out too. Everyone here will tell you to hit the gym because the benefits do not stop at physical appearance you'll build confidence, determination and discipline. You sound like a really smart guy, you need to know how to get what you want.

One of the biggest things i've realized after delving into this subculture is that an open mind leads to the greatest tools in your arsenal.
Everyone has an opinion, dont take them seriously, your opinion matters too. And as you've demonstrated, you can talk. Now talk about anything and everything and people will value you for it :) It makes you INTERESTING!
Also, a great way in practicing on open speech is spend a week/month saying everything that comes to your mind first, no matter how embarrassing, no matter how rude (Though this has to be done in caution, use judgement and common sense. There is a difference between banter rude and douchebag rude), and usually you will find out that the first things that come to mind are always going to be said the most confidently.
ALSO (Haha ill stop) once you start saying things that come first to mind, you become more relaxed and stop worrying about the "Science" behind it. I've realized that your first thoughts are also your primal thoughts which are what people (Especially women) want.
