Rewires itself. Spellchecker. Basically your brain is programmed to stay in its comfort zone to avoid pain if that's how it was shaped by an abnormal childhood. So what you have to do to break through is make your comfort zone so painful that you have to adapt. So approach and get rejected so much it stops bei g painful and you snap out of the pain avodance mindset.

ive been hearing this sentence everywhere and I'M turning 27 soon and all I did so far was bitch and hate life for the way things turned out so far (well I mean i still do), because it feels like it was out of my control. Yeah, I won’t let heartbreak, being broke, or a failure tire me. My ancestors survived mass extinctions, plagues, bloodthirsty tyrants and so on. Sure continuing to try doesn’t guarantee I’ll solve my problems but if I’m gonna die someday, I’d like to die knowing I did what I was made to do. I was made to fight and endure even if success and happiness aren’t guaranteed.

Happiness is a terrible goal. I just wanna be content. Learning hard life lessons is obviously invaluable, but it's still fucking exhausting. I'm not gonna give up and kill myself, gonna keep doing everything I can to move forward and upward. Heartbreak still fucking sucks.
