This is the thing about holding frame, and to use the crude term "not being a beta bitch" - they're using you to elevate themselves and validate their lfe by kinda fucking around with people.

Okay, let me say this:

don't worry about it. Firstly you've said that you've noticed it, so you can at least identify when this situation has arisen, even if you get caught out a couple of times you're on-point enough to know when they're playing you.
There's no real shame in showing genuine interest in a girl when you think she's interested in you. If she played you, it doesn't matter - it's her failing not yours. If, however, you know that this is happening or it becomes apparent and you continue to pursue it knowing you're getting shit on.. that's when the shame moves to you.
All in all, everybody uses others for validation. Everybody needs some ego massaging at sometime or another. This is especially true of teenage and younger girls. It's unlikely that they're actually being malicious or actively trying to fuck you over. It takes quite a lot of effort to maintain a charade of attraction - or keep somebody around on the end of a fishing line by pretending to want to fuck them, when you don't. Unless you're doing tangible things like buying her things, taking her places, etc then even if you're hooked she'll eventually get bored of "hanging out with somebody she's not really interested in". And it's not so much of a problem.
Don't hold off. Just go for it, if you get played you get played. For every chick that is willing to go through that effort there will be 9-10 that will be genuinely wanting to get it on.

Finally, i'm not 100% sure your sample set is enough to provide statistically significant information..

24 year old here, literally just entered into my first relationship. Lot of shitty girls out there man but also a lot of decent ones. I tried all that "becoming a better man" stuff and sure it has helped, but I found it got tiring when it was my only focus. Sure work towards improving yourself but also work on accepting yourself, you can't change everything.

If I understood this correctly, you're kinda upset that you don't have a girlfriend or what?

Anyway, relationships are overrated. If anything, it only consumes time, so unless you have loads of spare time, don't get into one, at least don't try to.

I mean, the way I look at it: get in a relationship only with a girl that's worthy of it, worthy of your time and love. Don't try to actively get in one, life's just too good being single too.

You say you are talking to these girls but are you dating them? The way you deal with teases is by getting them on a date, being honest with your intentions and having a good time. If they start flaking on you then whatever, move on to another until you find someone who is worth being with.

Yeah, girls that like to "game" guys can be fun. You can have these girls to hook up with and to have them as wing girls.

Like the MinistryOfAwesome said, it's good that you can notice the girls that like to game guys. This means that you can avoid playing by their rules and turn the tables around if you want.

There is a way to make these types of girls become your girlfriend. What these types of girls like is fun and they don't like to be pressured too soon. So, have fun with them. If, they want to play, then game on baby! Just avoid investing emotionally more then she does or you will fall for them and they will have you in the palm of their hands.

What you want to strive for is to get them to chase you. The way you do this is by getting girls to invest in you more. You do this by getting them to do things for you instead of it being the other way around.

Now, you want to pace yourself, you don't want to all of a sudden be bossing them around all the time. Little by little each time you see these girls get them to do things for you.

These types of girls have plenty of options usually. They are not just "gaming" one guy at a time. They got guys lined up wanting to fuck them.

Do the same. Date around and avoid putting all your attention on one girl at a time.

Once you find a girl that you really bond with emotionally and she is investing in the relationship just as much as you are, then feel free to make things exclusive.

Don't rush to get out of college. College is the time to meet girls. You'll realize having a "stable" job is the worst since all your time and energy goes away. You won't be nearly as social as you were in college. You'll be stuck with your office crew for 8 hours a day the rest of your life. When you get home you're tired and don't want to do crap you don't have to. It really sucks to try and meet girls when you're in the middle of nowhere with only a few girls total who have all been taken 10 years ago. Relish in your college life and most importantly don't let anything get you down.
