What do you mean "how much"? I don't know how to calculate that, but you already know the final answer- A LOT. Join gym classes, switch to a real diet, take Wegovy, Lose at least 85 pounds (140 would be better, but 85 is much more realistic as a first-time goal).

As someone who used to be that big, I think you should lose weight just for your health alone. Diabetes and hypertension are no joke and they will follow you when you get older. Trust me when I tell you that you don't want the consequences of what you're doing now to affect you in your 40s, so make the change now.

You will attract more women if you lose weight, but attracting women doesn't mean you'll date or sleep with more women. It just means the initial approach will be easier. You still have to know how to talk to women.

Bariatric surgery might be an option for you. If not, I recommend the book The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung.

It doesn't matter if you're a head-turner or not. I know it’s hard to believe because "looksmaxxing" is so trendy right now, but it’s just the feminization of men (it seems like this trend originated in Korea or Japan.)... it turns a man into a flower, hoping the bees will be attracted to him.

Ideally, you’d want a BMI of 30 but right now, you're at 44, and that's a lot... it’s not good.

You have to put in a massive effort to compensate for what doesn't look right. You need a decent haircut, clothes that actually fit you (go for a shirt rather than just a T-shirt), and even though it’s hard you have to smile. Showing a positive attitude matters a lot because your vibe is everything.

You can be the big guy who’s sweaty, tired, and gloomy, always grumpy, the kind of person everyone runs away from. Or, you can be that big guy who’s funny, optimistic, and well-groomed someone who actually radiates good vibes and a positive mindset that everyone enjoys being around.

At the moment create an Instagram account and post photos of yourself showing that you're putting in the work to handle those extra pounds. Post a photo of a fresh salad, a shot of you in a tracksuit on a running track or at the gym, or even just you eating an apple or some cereal... All these things show that you're putting in effort, that you're not passive. People find that attractive. That’s a good look, nobody’s going to hate on you for trying, they're going to cheer you on.

Sometimes some people can’t tell the difference between fat or ugly. Just look at the “am I ugly?” type of subs on reddit. Most people who post their pics there are not ugly, but they’re obese.

some girls are into bigger guys. These are the ones you can currently seduce. But it's not a large percentage. Lots of girls won't be physically attracted too a very overwight guy.

Of course if you were lean and ripped, more girls would be open to being seduced by you

The main thing that helped me in getting fit was my own confidence. Women pick up on that.

Here’s what you’re gonna do, find your total daily energy expenditure. You’re gonna start tracking everything that you eat from a calories perspective. You’re gonna start eating 500 calories, fewer than your total daily energy expenditure. 500 cal a day is 3500 cal in a week or 1 pound per week. At your weight, you could actually do 2 pounds per week if you want. People will try to tell you you’re starving yourself, etc. But calorie deficit is the one and only way to lose weight. You don’t even have to exercise if you don’t want to, but it does help and it’s good for your general health. If anyone tells you to do something else they’re lying to you or trying to sell you something. Good luck.
