Peak Attractiveness

Supppsedly you can be at your peak attractiveness around your age, and again later in your twenties.

But as a man, you can be attractive to most women until 40s, I’ve found that I get more or less the same attention at 40 as at 30 but I definitely looked better before.

I'm going to be 57 next month and it's crazy how much attention I get from women in their 20s and 30s.

Your psychological state of mind could just be deceiving you. The rule I use for myself is, it's doesn't matter how many women have gawked at me because it doesn't mean anything until I have made a move/scored.

Your looks may matter more at that age. I'm in my 30s now and know plenty of guys who have dad bods or are outright fat; they're doing just fine as long as the rest of their life is in check.

After at least the mid 20s or so, women are going to value things like career stability and husband/father potential much more than a six pack and a chiseled jawline. And similarly, I now value things like life experience, emotional stability, and so forth over just physical appearance. I've already dated a few 9's and 10's and even married one who made me miserable. It's so much more important to find stability and happiness over hot but crazy.

Attractiveness = Confidence.

If you're older, you're likely to have been through more experience and developed confidence; relative to someone younger. Why typically women like 'older men'.

The more you push yourself, the more confident and attractive you become; though doing so is uncomfortable and painful so most don't do it willingly and stagnate. Life experience forces you to develop some confidence, it doesn't necessarily force you enough to become competent at 'extracurricular activities'.

You don't have to be attractive, you can live your life comfortably enough without having to speak to strangers, endure the fiery pits of shame, fear, lust, etc. That's the problem. You have to be willing to push yourself to the extent of achieving what you want to achieve.

Theoretically, you get better every year; that is, if you continue to push yourself.

peak attractiveness depends.

Look at a picture of when you were 15-17. You were likely scrawny (or fat), had less confidence, had no style etc. It's why alot of people hate looking at their middle school/high school pics. It was at a itme where they had no money and they wore what their mom bought them. Or they had no sense of style and were tyring werd trends. Now you are likely looking more like a man, you likely are getting in better shape and it shows in confidence. I was at my most confidnces when I lost a bunch of weight and gained muscle.

Should i learn how to talk to women still or put it aside?, sometimes that little insecure guy still appears in my head and fucks it up while im talking to women, but i think this would disappear with time.

ALways learn how to talk to peopl ein general. That little insecure guy is in all of us and will never disappear. It's about proving that guy wrong. Practice makes perfect. You will fail when talking to girls but when you realize you didnt die after getting rejected you might get an energy boost. The way I think about it is if im in a club and talk to a girl, I just did better than 80% of the guys in that room. The #1 key to getting women is charisma and being confident. EVerything else helps but doesnt secure the girl.

The older you get, the more established you get and the more confident you get girls will come to you, but you still need charisma. Some guys are millionaires and cant get girls because they arent charismatic and they dont use that to their advantage. Tehy let the insecure guy win and the girl goes running to the guy that makes 50k because he used the little he had to his advantage.
