Just wanted to share a few quick, easy tips that made a whole lot of difference to my game.

1 Posture, DON'T SLOUCH.

Around new years time I read a post on here about posture and did some research on my own one.

How? Stand with your feet against a wall. How much of your back is touching when standing like you usually do? My posture was TERRIBLE, only the lower back was touching. The rest of my back was slouching forward not touching the wall.

I started focusing on keeping my back more straight. The back-against-wall method can (and I still do) be used for measurement and practice in how to stand up straight. Now I look my height of 5"11 instead of the lazy 5"8 or "9 I did at new years eve. I've been asked from good friends who known me for years if I've been growing. Sure I have... I also look more lean despite not having lost a single pound of weight or gained a single bit of muscle.

Keep focusing on standing up straight and it'll come naturally in a matter of weeks. Sit straight as well while you're at it.

2 Eye contact

THIS. Look people in the eye. Not the ears, monobrows, nose or mouth (like I did before). Its intimidating at first, but that quickly fades. Now I do it with everyone I talk to, and it has helped in my social life in general, not just game. I feel more confident. I'm much more aware of people (and IoI's from girls!). A lot of my approach anxiety just vanished. My boss has new found respect for me.

By doing these two things I've already had sex with more girls this year than I did all of last year...

An example; a girl I've met a few times through common friends but never really talked to. Curvy tall blonde I wanted to bang the second I laid eyes on her. We met randomly at bar close to my apartment and she came back to my place and she did what would have been considered rape if we swapped genders. I didn't even run game on her. In the morning she said she never noticed how tall and confident I was. Gained a FWB literally by standing up straight and holding eye contact.

For the first time in my adult life I'm being approached by women, either that or I'm just noticing it now....
