Eye contact says a lot about a man. Culturally speaking, Americans think of good eye contact as a sign of confidence, being attentive, and showing respect. I say this because you may be talking to a person who may be from another cultural background and may take your eye contact as being rude or disrespectful. This post is geared towards cultures who think of eye contact as being confident, being attentive, showing respect... and attraction.

Do you know that you're missing out on a lot of opportunities with women because you're not practicing good eye contact? Women show their interest through their eyes. For some of you this may be intimidating, for the men who know this and understand this, know what I'm talking about.

Let's say you're talking to a woman. You're very average-looking (most guys who think they're unattractive would probably be considered average-looking instead of ugly to women). You have been practicing good eye contact, which means you have a strong gaze that shows confidence and attraction, not give off a creepy vibe. When this woman talks to you, you'll notice that she'll start looking you in your eyes and holding the gaze as well. There may be a better-looking guy than you, but he may not give off good eye contact, which gives you the advantage because your confidence makes you that much more attractive.

"The good-looking guy has the edge because he's good-looking"

If you're average-looking what you do can either make you more attractive or not attractive at all. There are a lot of younger women who are attracted to older men because older men have lived life, learned how to overcome some shit, and this gives them a certain level of confidence. I say this from experience. When I was in my 20s, I was not getting much attention from women. I'm now in my late 30s pushing 40 and I notice the 20-year-olds look at me in a different way. Not as the creepy old man as some of you might think will happen to you when you get older, but they look at me like a man who is very confident which makes me more attractive.

You convey your confidence with your eyes. So when you approach a woman and can keep good eye contact with her (not stare her down into submission, but enjoy the eye connection the both of you have), you'll be able to show that you're a very confident man, giving you a big advantage.

Do this with enough women, no matter how hot they are, and you'll notice hotter women showing that they're attracted to you. I'm talking about the solid 8s, 9s, and 10s.

"That's bullshit. How can I attract a woman out of my league?"

First and foremost, there is not such thing as "out of your league". Keep that ingrained in your being. Also, body language is a big determining factor in attraction. If you're giving a "high-caliber" woman really good eye contact and holding the gaze with her, this shows her that you are within her league. While you have "good-looking" men intimidated by her beauty, giving weak eye contact, here you are, a man who is very average-looking, giving this woman eye contact only the high caliber men have given her.

Do this:

Whenever you see an attractive woman, give good eye contact, smile, and then go about your business. Don't try to talk to her. Don't flirt with her. I say "attractive woman" because it's easier to give eye contact to women who are not so attractive. The challenge is very simple, but it gets you out of your fear of looking beautiful women in the eye. This exercise is about building your "eye contact muscles" not get her to like you. At first, you may be intimidated, but over time and a lot of practice, you'll start to give good eye contact by default.

Do this and you'll notice that you're starting to attract some of the hottest women you've ever seen in your life.

As you improve yourself in other areas of your life, your confidence will grow. So when you're in your 30s and 40s, you'll see some of the hottest 20-somethings giving you major signs of attraction.
