My fellow Social Jedi,

Let's talk about the cream of the crop of attraction and arousal tools - the*** Push/Pull***.

Push/Pull means* to (emotionally and/or physically) push her away, and then to pull her back in.*

*Push- *any comment or action that pushes the woman away from you.

  • teasing
  • not fully answering her question
  • leaving a mystery about yourself
  • take aways (mini as well)
  • breaking rapport
  • anything that makes them work for you.

*Pull- *any comment or action that pulls the woman to you

  • giving value
  • compliments
  • creating rapport
  • positive statements & things that bring people together
  • smiles
  • kino
  • statements of intent / flirtatious frame

The Push creates emotional space for each Pull. The bigger the space from the Push, the more emotionally intense the Pull will be.

Push/Pull essentially works by

(1) Sparking Unresolved Emotional Tension (Push)

(2) Resolving it (Pull)

This technique creates a balance of energy of the two extremes, and is used to fluster the woman and ramp up attraction.

The Formula of Push/Pull is basic and easy to implement into your own personal style. The (1) spark is ignited by the Push, which is usually an extreme. The tension is then (2) resolved with a Pull, which is an extreme opposite of the Push.

Every Push must have 20% Pull, and every Pull must have 20% Push. - They must flow rhythmically.

*Ex. *

When Pushing - You'll still be smiling, in state, and amusing yourself. Not taking any of it too seriously, and just having fun -> It's a widely accepted theory that women love jerks. Jerks tend to be 100% push, and create huge emotional space that drive women to chase for resolution. We can do the same thing without being emotionally abusive in a way thats fun for you and the woman.

When Pulling - You're still reserved, in state, and not seeking her validation or approval. -> You are authentic, self-validated, and interested - Not self-seeking and trying for rapport. You may be creating rapport, but that's of your own intention, not because you feel it's necessary.

Enough theory, take the concept and make it your own. Get out there and get creative.

(On a side note, I would appreciate feedback on my analysis and if this is able to help people. I am planning on doing further work (such as Push/Pull Types, Tension & Nested Loops, ect.) and I really want to make sure I'm doing it in a way that is beneficial to our community. Any feedback is much appreciated.)
