As Tyler from RSD says (paraphrase), "attraction either happens or it doesn't. it's so fast! i go up to her and say hi. If she likes me, great. If she doesn't, I'd never spend my time trying to change her mind." You move on. If I look back on the last 10 lays, they were all from girls where we had chemistry instantaneously. Didn't go out of my way. Once this is internalized, you can make progress. Luke warm girls are goners. Not worth dealing with them because the stats are against you. Spend your time on the girls that are into you from the get go.

As far as I can tell "Game" is really about recognizing attraction when it is there and avoiding behaviors that kill it.

You see ads promising "get ANY woman into bed.. in minutes!" and shit like that, but I don't believe that for a minute.

So true. This is not emphasized here nearly enough.

If you're in a decent sized city out at the bars, there will be way more options than you even have time to approach. So if a girl is really giving you the cold shoulder, or is married or has a bf, just leave and find a new one.

At least for nightgame, your time is limited. Bar time comes sooner than you think. So if you waste 30 min or an hour on a girl with no real interest, you have much less time to approach others who may be much more interested.

I really needed to see this post. I spend most of my time with multiple girls and getting numbers, but one oneitus lately has been fucking that up. In PUA, there seems to be that perception that you should be able to get any girl at any time. While we try to maximize attraction, that's simply not the case.

spend 3 months chasing the same girl, depression when she didnt react. euforia when she did. she had a narcotic efect on me. and i was only truly happy when i walked away.

You could do everything right and 50-60% of girls won't feel it.

Either the red light analogy or simply:

You're not her type (although you're the prize, she doesn't figure that out = her bad)
She isn't open enough (too introverted, shy)
She doesn't like outsiders (in-group oxytocin)
She is pissed off when you approached (happens we're all human)
She has a genuine boyfriend

Yet, approach any girl you'd like to know. See if she is your type. If not, next girl. If so but one of these occur, next girl. If so and she is genuinely into you, good.

Even if the above happens, nothing physically damaging happens to you, so the costs are extremely low or none while the benefits are legendary.

It is certainly true that you shouldn't pursue a dead end but that is not to say there isn't value in assessing why it turned into a dead end. This way, you can learn not to make the same mistakes next time.
