Since you didn't tell us what the nickname is or why it bothers you this is kind of hard to figure out. If it isn't negative, act like it doesn't bother you because frankly it shouldn't. If it is negative, tell her you don't like it. It sounds like she likes you, but you're too shy to make a move on her so she's trying to illicit a reaction. a lot of times when a girl likes you and you don't act on it they'll do little things to annoy you because they're annoyed by your lack of assertion (and insertion). Don't over analyze things, girls are way more simple than you'd think.
