I know a lot of times I'll watch a Youtube video once then move on. But if I'm being honest does that teach anything? Any time you're learning something you'll need to really slow down and digest the info.

Take this video. It's a complete video for game that's over an hour long (relatively short for a complete game). You might watch it once, but think of how much you won't get by doing this. What will happen when you watch it twice? Five times? TEN times? Eventually you'll know it like the back of your hand and you'll know most of the video content by heart. That's how it should be. it's like working out. The first time you do a squat at a new weight it's hard to do it all. Next time it's slightly easier, and easier until it's no big deal do lift that weight. Then you move on to bigger and better things.

So remember, it's better to watch your favorite video over and over than it is to watch every video you can just once. Variety keeps your interest, but digesting the same content over and over makes you better. Keep it simple, limit the amount of content you watch but learn and internalize that content before you move on. And chances are if you're not getting laid yet, you don't need to be watching tons of different videos trying to improve your game. Just find the few you can really relate to and watch them 1-2 times a week for a month or two. If you buy or download a program on torrent, watch it over, and over, and over, and over again. You'll thank yourself for doing so.
