In all seriousness, here are the bullet points that I would give to most women:

Get in shape. I'm serious. It's not okay to be "naturally good looking." That shit doesn't translate to anything useful in the bedroom, and disappears WELL before the age of 30. Be fit.
Have a talent. Nothing is more attractive than talent.
Be forward. Look, we like the hunt. But sometimes, once in a while, it's nice to know that you want to play the game with us. If you like a guy, drop a signal. And no, that doesn't mean playing with your hair - take a damn risk and say "hey, let's go have some fun." If he disappoints you, just leave.
Take care of yourself. We're not your babysitters, and we're not your daddy (though if you choose to call us that in a certain context, sure!). A woman who has her affairs in order is like a nice whiskey after work - you don't have to worry about anything when you're with her.
Do not ever give a guy even a glimmer of hope if you are not interested in him. I'm not saying be rude, but rudeness is way better than being misleading. Have the balls to stand up to bullshit, ladies.

There's a lot of penis-touch comments, but I don't think that's the only solution.

Don't hint. Be "almost" direct. Don't say, "I want to fuck you." but rather give him the supposed leverage to be dominant in the situation. Let him think that he has charge of the situation, and you're open to him engaging.

I can't speak for the rest of Seddit, but having a woman ask me out on her own esteem is a fucking awesome ego trip for a guy. Be forwarward, but allow him to keep control.

Tell her to act like a creepy dude. Why do creepy guys do the things the do? Because they make the mistake of thinking they should approach women the way the would want to be approached. This is, of course, completely wrong. Men and women are different. But, it gives a clear picture of how to approach guys. She should just recall what the guys who have creeped her out in the past, and do that, and she should not try to seduce guys the way she would want to be seduced.

The skills are very different in my opinion, based on culture and human psychology.

Women I'm sexually interested in go into three categories:

The ones I pretty much only want to fuck. No more.
The ones I'll date but who will never meet my friends and family
The ones I like, trust, and respect enough to fully incorporate into my life.

If your friend is good looking and doesn't smell like a dead fish, touching my penis as an opener will definitely get her an interview for any of the three positions. Which role she ends up in depends on a ton of other factors, and that's the problem with the "touch him on the penis" cliche.

If I'm gonna bring a chick around my friends she can't be fucking crazy and slutty and needy and attention hungry. Believe me, I've tried it a few times. If your friend wants to attract a boyfriend then she has to act like girlfriend material. She has to be trustworthy and dedicated to her man in public, but laid back enough to have a consistently drama-free good time and incorporate herself into the lives of the other people around her. Not incorporating has got to be the #1 reason for guys to hate their friends' girlfriends.

The direct advice that applies here is for your friend to engage people in the direct vicinity to her man as if she's already the guys girlfriend, but not claim ownership over him. If they go to dinner, tell her to visualize them already together when she's talking to the waiter. The same when they go to the bar or whatever. He will be watching these interactions. She needs to show him that he would be proud to have her around and show her off in public. She should pay him lots of attention, touch him, look him in the eyes, laugh at his funny jokes and tell him his bad jokes were bad. She should always be having fun, never flake out on a date, "forget" to answer texts, or play games, but don't pander. If she's just doing and saying things to get his approval then it's never going to work out. She needs to get what she wants out of the deal while showing him that she approves of him making a move. Lots of dudes are scared of making a move these days and frankly I can't blame the poor saps.

I know that all sounds like generic relationship advice, but it's the same thing I look for in any potential sex partner because it shows wisdom, experience, and confidence. It helps me avoid crazy bitches.
