Congratulations! You're in the "i want the cuddle and validation a bf would give me, but I don't actually want to hook up with you!" mode. It's a shitty place to be, I was there for a good year before I dropped it like a bad habit.

It goes like this. The girl WANTS the validation and the comfort. You need to try and make a move here. If it doesn't work... FREEZE OUT. Stop cuddling with her, kissing her neck, etc. if she doesn't jump you in a bit, she's just not that into you.

Okay OP, you could just asked this question plainly and would have gotten a much more useful response. If you're in high school, it's probably that she wanted to sleep together, but didn't want to have sex and didn't know how to tell you to knock it off.

But let's say you actually are an adult. Things are going well, maybe there's some making out, you end up sleeping together and cuddling, you feel her up and start trying to initiate, and she just does nothing. Doesn't push you away, or say stop, or pull away, just lies there.

Do you take it one step further turn her around to start kissing her?

Is she thinking maybe if she allows a little groping then you'll feel like at least you got something out of it, and be satisfied without her having to do anything? Like she's doing you a favor by allowing it?

Is she incredibly uncomfortable, feels violated, and just couldn't find the courage to say stop?

Anyone else been in this position?

I would probably wisper in her ear "let's fuck," and then not kiss her, not escalate touching, and just wait for a response. If it's a no or there is none after a while I'd tell her get the fuck out. Or if it's her place leave and tell her whatever I'll get it somewhere else.

If I were you now I'd stop trying to escalate anything and go for other girls, especially when you're in front of her. Spark some jealousy and be prepared to lose her. If you can't risk losing her you have no shot.

In any case OP, I was with a girl that didn't really like to kiss... But she loved to cuddle and fuck. But it took me a while to crack that egg. I finally figured out that I had to stop being a pussy and just go for it.

She lets you kiss her neck, but did you even try to go further than that? Did you kiss down her body or rub your hands down to her inner thigh? What's her body language like when you kiss her neck? Does she tense up and take deep breaths? Or does she just lay there? I've had good success with massages, as cliche as it is. Physical contact like that puts thoughts into peoples heads.

I have a hard time imagining a girl that lets you into her bed and lets you fucking kiss her neck who isn't open to the idea of fucking even if she isn't immediately pursuing it. She may not want to have a relationship with you though, so your challenge is to make sure she knows you're good with that. And that doesn't mean telling her that unprompted.

Something I leaned from Neil Strauss book The Game, tried it, and it actually works: If a girl acts like that while you are making out, just get off the bed, sit in front of the computer, log into facebook and just do what you usually do there... In less then a minute, she will come on to you begging that you come back to bed. Just give her a look that says "are you fucking kidding me?", and she will do the rest :)
