Met a chick, got her number, hit her line saying it was me, and she hearted the message. Well several days go by and I reached out, she says hey love. I (butchered this) said I wanted to see her this weekend.

Well half a day passed and no response so I reached out again and said “Hey I meant soon, not this weekend. I was a little drunk when I sent that. When are you free?” (i realized i didn’t ask her when she had time to meet up)

Well it’s now a few days later and she just recently responded, saying she didn’t see my message and that she left town for a few weeks..

Thinking about saying something like enjoy your trip, hit me up when you get back or something. Maybe i shouldn’t respond at all…though i don’t understand why someone with no interest would respond at all if days already passed..

any insight? obviously her interest isn’t super high because..you didn’t see my message, sure. i’m a terrible terrible texter though this wouldn’t be the first time dropping the ball via text
