It drains your energy, and makes you do shit-all with your day.
It gives unrealistic exectations of what a "relationship" is, if that's what you want.
It also gives you a belief that you have to aspire to be like those actors (12" cock... huge loads...) to be valuable to women.

Porn gives off a really unrealistic perception of sex. At the time, I felt like I outgrew it and I stopped watching it back in 10th grade and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever taken. So I suggest you should think about maybe quitting or perhaps limiting the amount you watch.

Pick up some hobbies that help you surround your self with women and start making it a habit to go out on your own and start approaching women. No one will fix your life for you, you have to take the initiative and get shit done or you will be that guy at home always stroking his dick while an ugly fat guy with little game gets his balls emptied because he took action and faced rejection.
