some guys may talk themselves out of an approach cause "the girl has resting bitch face" or whatever. the truth is, you don't KNOW what is going to happen once you open. you'll never know for sure, unless you actually approach

so really, not approaching a girl because she "looks busy" or whatever, is actually just an excuse. sure there is a solid chance she'll just blow you off. but there is a chance she could light up as soon as you open her and be glad to talk to you

some would say to "wait for IOIs" before you approach. in a cold app setting, you aren't going to get any IOIs. if you do, they will be far and few in between. your best bet is to just approach and see if you can hook the girl

almost all the time, there really is no good reason to not approach

that doesn't mean approach everything. after all, we all are human and can't be perfect at this. but realize that you should approach all, and you're not doing it due to some factor, that doesn't relate to the girl
