HAHA, never do that shit. That is like trying to guilt the girl into going out with you. "WAHHHH you wouldn't go out with me so I don't want to be a part of your life". Chances are if that girl didn't want to go out with you to begin she couldn't give two shits and will probably be happy this clingy guy isn't blowing up her phone anymore.

Don't even acknowledge it. A confident man can handle rejection. Turn the rejection into a mind game. Make her wonder what happened to you and why she no longer has your interest. She may think there is another girl and it will give her fits. Stop giving a shit and think of her as another number in your phone. Plus, you probably just saved like $20 by not having to take her out.

Yeah, a lot of guys are saying that sending such a message makes you seem "overly invested", "needy", and that the best thing to do is to drop her and act like you don't care, but the thing is, you do care. Flakes are immature and just plain rude. You'll have white knights, feminist, and even your odd pua say she doesn't owe you a response or a date, even if its clear that both of your intentions are there, and they're right, but flaking and not responding because you're afraid of confrontation is fucking rude. Plain and simple. A man sets his own boundaries and makes it clear to the world when they've been crossed. "BUT SHE'LL SEE YOU AS NEEDY!" who the fuck cares what she thinks. The "send-off" text is for your own mental well-being, and the more you do it the more you'll realize you don't really care. I've had nothing but back-peddling and supplication from every girl I've sent such a text to. Most guys will just keep asking her out and being rejected, while the few with a bit of "game" will break all contact as if that will change anything. Set yourself apart by stopping the game. Don't be a boy who pretends like he's too cool to care. Most girls love the ego boost of getting asked out, and that message will send her reeling. I'd use something closer to "well it doesn't seem like you're intersted in meeting up lol. Take care of yourself, it was nice meeting you!" The one you have does seem a bit butt-hurt, but don't care too much what I think lol. That's the point. Good luck.

I'll repeat what I already said. It comes off as bitter and makes us feel we were right to blow you off. Or its possible we werent blowing you off and there really is an explanation. In which case, you just ruined it.

If you really need to establish with them that you're not going to continue to pursue them (rather than just ceasing to pursue them), leave it open ended on good terms. While it may not be right at that moment, who knows what the future holds. Theres no point in burning a bridge over nothing.

"You dont seem like much of a texter. If you ever want to meet up and have a conversation in real life, let me know :)"

"You seem pretty busy right now. When stuff calms down and you feel like grabbing a drink to celebrate having some free time finally..."

The way you do it makes you seem bitter and overly invested too soon. This is a more casual and friendly way to tell them that the ball is in their court, because your not investing any more of your time or effort. But it also allows her to feel like she can reach out and try to re-connect with you in the future.

Sometimes we really are just super busy. Dont make us not want to talk to you once we do have free time.

I have done it but i never quite thought it was the right thing. It is easier to do, get it off ur chest, but i think it takes some discipline to be able to cut off all communication the moment u know its done.

Everyone has already said this. But I'll say it again, the send off text shows her that you got butt hurt, that you let her affect you. You let her affect you, so you failed her shit test. Your "the shit", nothing she does should affect you. Her affecting u = putting her on pedestal.

Time is precious. Anyone here that works full time knows they only have a few hours a week to actually play. This girl doesn't respect your time, don't waste it on her. I know it sucks that you already invested some time. But would you keep investing in a company that isn't doing so well? No. You sell your stocks and immediately invest in another one that's gonna bring u profit.

Snap out of the illusion and take a step back to see the big picture. Make decisions that are the best for yourself, and no one else.

You're being bitter. This is the opposite of a DHV (Display of High Value) If a girl blows you off for the second time without offering an alternative time to meet up, then just leave it alone. I repeat, LEAVE IT ALONE. Disengage.

Another important thing to remember when handling a flake (and in general) is to show OUTCOME INDEPENDENCE. The idea that, whether she is attracted to you or not, you will still be doing you. You will not dwell on her flake, you will not be put off balance.

By sending a text like this, you are showing that you were affected by her flake. I know that right now it makes it easier to let go when you send passive aggressive crap like this, but the more you do it, the more dependent you will be on these types of texts to make you feel good. It may be hard at first and you may struggle with letting go when you don't get the last word, but the more you avoid these mistakes, the less you will depend on them. And eventually it will actually feel better to carry on like you don't care. Occasionally girls will even notice this and come back wondering why you weren't affected by her soft rejection.
