Realistically what you say means absolutely f' all, can walk up to someone and say "pink shoes are too feminine" and if you have strong confidence, take care of yourself and good tone of voice with appropriate body language you can have her eating out of your hands.

Stop being boring. Do something everyday that scares you, that gives you a story, that makes your existence worth it. This is easier than you may believe. Coach a kids team, go for an adventure hike, join a sports team, find a fun hobby or just try new things.

Change your mentality to life. Improve yourself but don't be all about yourself, be generous but don't out up with people that exploit your time or your generosity. Take a public speaking class, they're usually cheap and can be more effective than the most expensive PUA classes. Start to love your job, or if this is too hard find a new job if possible. The happier you are the more attractive you are. Try to find a way to have authority over people, as suggested coaching is an easy way to do this. Authority is sexy, women yearn for a man that can show that they can control the lives of others.

Body language is critical, but very hard to perfect. My other suggestions will help with this but try to find the time to work on this.

Workout. Lift weights and run if swim if you can, rock climbing is awesome and fun but make sure you do something you like otherwise you won't go.

I have these qualities in my life and last weekend I barely said anything to a Russian girl with the best body I've ever seen in love with me. This isn't to brag or to say this will work for but that I know it works for me and hope it will for you too.
