I know the psychology of what they could feel from being approached by a stranger and I have enough social intelligence and experience to be able to pivot, redirect and adapt to just about any direction the interaction needs to go. I took the time to clearly define in my life who I am and what I’m all about like my purpose, passions, values, vision, goals and philosophy on life which helps me stay centered in who I am when approaching and feel a deep rooted value that isn’t dependent on her approval but rather just me being social and spreading good vibes and being okay with whatever her reason is to decline my approach. I’m also not needy because I regularly stay talking to a couple girls at all times and chemically my brain gets a rush of dopamine every time I approach a woman because of the new neurological path I was able to create through countless approaches so that neural plasticity is what makes it easier over time to approach and also is the importance of obtaining that brain reinforcement of putting yourself out there early on in the beginning of your journey and getting that exposure and reference experience that nothing bad ever happens. You have to train your brain, there is no getting around it.

Usually when I want to be more sociable and I see an opportunity I try to limit my thoughts, just walk up and say what I want to say. I need to know the time? Move my feet into the direction of the person and ask. There are some guys at a bar that I don't know playing pool? I go over there and ask if anyone of them want to play with me.

Experience but the fear/excitement never goes away. It's mainly about reducing your anxiety in your daily life, getting more comfortable and relaxed in your own body. Then you won't be blasted away by her initial impression. Meditation can help slow your thoughts down, then you can bring this single like focus and intent to the interaction

I don't even think anymore, I don't tell myself anything but my thought process is probably, "she's cute, I wanna meet her". The key here is attention has moved away from me, on to her and my surroundings.
