It seems to me that if you hooked up with her last Friday for the first time that it might be too early. Then again, if it's mutual it's mutual. I'd suggested developing more comfort and familiarity with her first. Sleep with her a few times, and wait until she is more invested in beginning an exclusive relationship with you, than you are with her.

Essentially, act as if you were already in a relationship with her. In doing so you will already seem as if you are her boyfriend so the transition to the exclusive relationship when you ask her will almost seem just like a formality.
