I went to my first date ever with this girl. It is clear that we have attraction for each other but there is no sexual advances in this "relationship" (for the lack of a better word)

We text everyday, not from morning to evening and at every hours of the day. First date I took her to a restaurant and after then went for a walk around downtown. Second date I took her to watch sunset at my favorite place, third I was going on a cruise around the city at night, asked her if she wanted to join like 15 minutes into my cruise, she said yes. That was third date ig. Fourth same thing as third.

It is clear that she's into me and I try to make it sexual by trying to hold an eye contact and then expand on it but it's like she doesn't want to hold the eye contact. We have fun with each other, talk all kinds of things, make each other laugh.

But we've not kissed yet. by second date I told myself I'm going to kiss her this time, but nothing. The time is just never right.

For context, she moved to USA from Mexico around a year ago and has difficulty speaking English but she can understand well. She told me stories about her in Mexico and how they used to party and drink, take acid and just have fun. But here she has no friends. All her friends are scattered across America or still in Mexico. She is ESL(English as Second Language) Classes. She also said that we are dating and needs to take things slow.
