We've been going out for a while. She is my first date ever. I thought we had a connection and we might have actually had it if I hadn't fucked it up.
I have realized that there are so many mistakes I've done that could be the reason she's distancing herself.
- I was weak on escalating sexually.
As my first ever date, I thought we'd bee in a relationship (idiotic logic). So naturally I was afraid to fuck it up and didn't want to be seen as perverted. So every time I tried to tell myself, this is the night you are going to kiss her and there was so many opportunities but my dumbass was afraid. I was afraid. Pathetic little mind. Because I didn't make a mover on her, she got bored. Next time she's try to stay with you a little longer when you are dropping her off, go for a kiss. She wants it, that's why she's still lingering. If she didn't like you, she'd be faster than the speed of light to get out of that car.
- I was texting her too much.
I swear this shit kills all the game. When you talk with them too much it'll definitely kill your game. Be mysterious, keep texting only for setting up dates and logistics. Texting seems like a way of getting to know them right? it seems like that but it will make you talk, talking will give her too much info about your life. From morning to evening she'll know what you're doing where you are going. Okay so where the mystery? nowhere that's when she's bored.
- I probably looked desperate.
First ever date of my life. It was cool and exciting to see girl having interest in me. This led me to fantasize and think in long term while we had not even gone for a third date. I got too relaxed that I used to text her too much and she used to reply every a couple hours later. Then I'd reply 10 minutes later and she'd reply every a couple hours later. Shit I was more into her than she was into me.
- I was getting complacent.
I was too relaxed, not relaxed as confident but relaxed as she would be mine forever. You know all the bullshit people think when they have feelings towards someone for the first time in their life. Yeah that shit. Being relaxed is one thing but being so relaxed that you don't care what comes out of your mouth, nah that's not it.
- I didn't know how dating worked so I asked her to be my girlfriend on our second date.
yep! I did that! You know when you cringe at something you did in the past. These are the things I'm cringing at.
It's okay though cuz I feel like everyone goes through. And these are the learning steps. Shit I feel embarrassed af but hey I have to live with it. Some people on this subs gave me their advicein the past, I'm thankful for that. Now what I'm thinking of doing is read some top posts from this sub before any date I have. This will give me some points that I can keep in mind while on the date. She was a Latina and was a good catch and I fucked it up with her. I guess life has some good times and bad times.
PS: I want to say that in no way I'm an expert. Hell I've only dated one girl. But what I'd like to emphasize is that these are the things I've learned from my mistakes. Better luck next time for me! y'all take care.
Oh and I'd like some chicken McJuggerNuggets and some large fries and a large cup of diet coke thanks
