Hey guys,

I've been reading Models by Mark Manson and it's almost a life-changing type of experience. Just the way Mark describes how a truly confident male "should" act is simply eye-opening. It's already having a profound impact on my confidence and ability to express myself without feeling shame. The biggest thing, it's helping me move out of neediness. In essence ..it's like inner game steroids.

So anyway, today out of curiosity I was on twitter looking at some "girly" accounts. You know, the ones that overly glorify relationships, put women on pedestals simply for their beauty, and have a list of things guys "should" do for women. I began to feel like I was falling back into my old needy ways after browsing the content ..I think it's because of all the attention they put on relationships & women. It wasn't a good feeling and had to crack open Models to regain any "manliness" I had thought I lost.

So finally ..my question is ..what is the content (books/ articles/ videos) you read and watch to maintain your inner game?

I think a good daily intake of content is good for a newbie like me to build and maintain strong inner game.
